Austin James!!

This post could be the shortest or the longest post I may write...I say that because Austin is EVERYTHING you could ask for in a kid! He is...if there is...a perfect kid! Sure he has his days...well not really! I did not ask him what are the 3 most important things to him, but I am 90% sure I know! 1. God 2. Family 3. Friends! He is funny, smart, caring, loving, handsome, okay the list could go on....to see him with Al and Cash is amazing! He will change diapers, play, do homework and actually teach Allie! From the time he was born he has been the model child! I really believe anyone who knows AJ will agree with this post! Okay so middle school is going very well for Austin! He really seems to like it and what a relief for Johnny and I! We had an Open House last week at his school, and all the teachers were very pleased with him and the work he has done! They all agree that he likes to talk....I KNOW....he gets that honestly! Football is going well for him too! He has been playing a lot of positions, here lately it has been safety. He seems to be having a good time, which is a plus since we do spend EVERY NIGHT there! He has a "girlfriend" Courtney, who is just as sweet as he is! I will check with her parents to see if I can post the pic that I took of them at the game this past weekend! He has a lot of friends! Sam is his BEST! There were 3. Reid moved to KY last yr! WE all miss him and his family tons, and do try to keep in touch! However I do not believe Reid will ever be replaced so it has just been Austin and Sam since. If I had to pick a friend for Austin I could not have picked one better! Sam comes from a wonderful family, is always will to stand up for Austin and has good values too!

So if I were to describe my oldest son in one word...P.E.R.F.E.C.T yup perfect would be the word!

Cash Wilson

Okay so I thought I would post about each of the kids and since I always start with the first one and go on I thought this time I would go with the smallest first!
3 yrs ago, I would have told you that I wanted to have another baby, Johnny...NO! And when we found out that it was going to happen, well...we NEVER thought we needed to prepare ourselves for this!!! We can not imagine life with out this child! And when I say we...I do mean ALL of us! I have heard people say "if this child was my first he/she would have been my last" I always thought whatever, that is crazy talk...
BUT....no just kidding...maybe...Okay so I posted that he has been going in the potty. That is still the case...at night before bath he goes in the potty! Today he is taking his nap, which by the way is not normal, we do not always get a nap, so I am on the computer and I hear him get up and he is walking in the office...."honey" (yes, he calls me honey) "ook, its poop" POOP?! Yes he got in his diaper and brought me what he could find! Neither of my other children EVER and I will stress E.V.E.R brought me POOP! After disinfecting...we go outside to play (you gotta let this baby burn some energy) I am planting some bulbs and I turn around he's gone...I knew he had not gotten to far, I was just talking with him, with this ever expanding vocabulary he has, he can really carry on a conversation with you! Okay so I find him out back with Johnny's golf club, swinging at the cat...1. Allie's cat is not aloud outside (per the 8 yr old Allie) 2. she is a big cat, but a GOLF CLUB....CASH COME ON!!! The kids get home later, he has beaten Austin with a toy nerf gun, he has climbed up onto the counter, he has pulled ALL of the DVD's out of the TV stand, rips Allie's papers! AAAAAAHHHHH! And then...yes there is a then, at football practice he spit on Johnny...and did the ever so gross sound when you are about to spit like a man, right in my face when I asked for a kiss!!!!!!!! So after dinner which he cried almost all the way through, you know because "idon" "honey, idon" Johnny tells us that he (Cash) not Johnny can burp on command! WHAT! And so he proceeds to show us..."Cash, can you burp?" YUP he sure can! OVER and OVER and OVER again!!!
OH PEOPLE....pray for me!!! My Dad used to tell me this would happen....I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!!!!!! SORRY Mom and Dad!!!!!
Okay so this a day with Cash Wilson!!!!
I must admit to you....I LOVE EVERY MINUTE...well except for the POOP!!!!

"ook, abucket"

Happy Weekend!!

"Hanging" out with bubby!!! I hope they really had as much fun this week as it looks like they did!! Why? It is back to school today! I have such mixed feelings...because I love having my kids home!! At the same time...I love having them at school! Oh well does not really matter, they are going back today!

Okay, so I know I am biased...Austin is the BEST big brother! How many 11yr old would go out and do EXACTLY what their 8yr old sister says???? Well if your 8yr old sister is Allie then you will do it or else!!!

We had a wonderful week! I love being back in my house, but having my mom here this week really made me think about how much I miss having her around! Not just because she cleans up and helps with the kids and folds laundry and and and...but truly because I miss her company! However she did get her power back yesterday and will be back home this weekend! I am sure she would have liked to go home yesterday, but if your 8 yr old granddaughter is Allie...you stay...why??? Because she said so! Or else!! So Thanks for hanging out with us Mom!! You can come back anytime! Or whenever Allie says!!!

So this week also has been a "big deal" for this little cutie too!! He has gone in the potty 2 nights in a row!! YEAH! And he is proud of himself too! "igo" "ididit" Oh he is just so darn sweet! I could just eat him up!!! Keep your fingers crossed that this going to the potty will continue!!

I have this candy jar on my dining room table...yup you guessed it...no more candy in it! I said "Cash did you eat the candy" "NOUP" as the chocolate is running down his chin! I caught him yesterday this is the look I got "Cash did you eat the candy" ....CHEESE!

Happy Weekend to all!!

POWER?

We are counting ourselves lucky this week.... WE DO HAVE POWER! Unlike TOO many others! Sunday afternoon the winds were....crazy, unbelievable, unlike anything I had ever seen! We were without power for about 4-5 hrs. Since we do not have many trees we did not have what some people are still cleaning up. The kids are still out of school and could be for a couple more days. I love having them home with me so this is GREAT! My mom still has no power so she is hanging out with us! And that is GREAT too! Her and Austin and Allie went over to her house today to get what they could out of her fridge and freezer...we will be eating like kings for awhile...it is amazing to me how you can live in the same town with some people and they have nothing while we are not affected...of course the gas prices are going to kill us...good thing we really do not have to go anywhere. Johnny has the work truck so his gas to and from work is pd for!! Thank God for that! Angel called Sunday to tell us that a big tree in her yard fell and completely destroyed her Durango : ( So again we will count ourselves...blessed!!

Okay so I said I would post some pics of the kids in their "gear" And here they are!! I took these with my camera off of the pictures we had taken so they are not that good! But they will work for now. They have a game Saturday so I will take some "action" pics there!

It is Friday and this week seemed to be going sooooo S.L.O.W now that it is the end I am thinking where did the week go? At the beginning of this week Cash had a vocabulary of about 35 words, it is now 100 words if not more. It is amazing to me even with him being our third child that YOU as the parent teach them everything! OH scary too! I love this age! It is my favorite! "mommy mear" = mommy come here "utsat" =what is that "dooooin" =what are you doing Oh I could go on...he is just too cute! I asked him before I got online to post if I could take his picture...he really said "feet" so this is what you get!

HAPPY WEEKEND!!!

I love my life!!!!

What a weekend! Friday night was spent at.....KROGER!!! I know settle down you are all so jealous.....before we had kids and "responsibilities" we did not do this so....don't be too jealous of us! Oh and we were able to treat ourselves to.....SUBWAY....again we did not always get to do this....before kids we actually went to a restaurant and sat down over a nice adult conversation a couple beers....now it is "we need 4 foot longs and 4 sodas TO GO" eat in the car on the way home to put groceries away. FUN I know..... Saturday, I played ball! The whole fam was able to attend this game so no major fits were thrown, a little tap on the fence when I got out at first...(God why could I not be faster?) But then I came back with a single and a double! After the game it was back home. Johnny had this great idea to sit back watch the Buckeyes and then....gosh, again don't be all wishin you had our lives.....CLEAN OUT THE GARAGE! (the one in the basement) WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My allergies have been horrible the past week or so and he wants us to go down and "clean out the basement" the basement that has the mower, the dirt bike, the four wheeler, the scooters NONE of which belong to me! Yes, I went down and helped! Dust flying, spiders crawling, YUCK! Well it is done and now our goal is to have the other side of the basement finished by end of September! Finished, like finish the drywall, paint, floors, finish the bathroom, you get it! So after a box of Kleenex and a couple beers and some clariton I was pretty tired! However Mom and Dad L. called to invited us to dinner! We don't pass up opportunities like that very often! If it means I am not cooking....or cleaning up, I am all for it! Sunday after church we threw down some lunch and off to North Union for cheer and football! Austin did well! Allie too! UMMMmmmmm forgot to take my camera so....pics....yeah I will get them soon! Tomorrow we will be back to work and school, football and cheer! Oh the exciting life! I really do love it! Crazy~but I do!

Well we made it through the first 2 days of Middle school and third grade. Austin seems to enjoy Middle school. He says he likes his bus ride. He really likes his homeroom and Math teacher (Mr. Gilmore) That is a huge relief to us because if there is a subject that he struggles in it is Math. So to like the person teaching it to you makes a big difference. We have found that the bus does not come until 6:45am, not 6:08. So this gives him another hour to sleep. And having football during the week...he is exhausted. He has his first game on Sunday. He is looking forward to that. Allie likes being back to school too! She does not like the bus ride. Starting this year I told her she had to ride it home. I take her in the morning, but with gas the way it is...well you know! So she likes her teachers and things seem to be going well for the both of them! Cash and I are enjoying each other. The fact that he gets my one on one attention is nice for the both of us. However we are going to have to find something to do....the house is clean, laundry is done. Johnny gave us a list of things he needs us to do...we will get to it. For now we will just enjoy each other! I know how fast time goes and before I know it I will not have this time with him! No big plans for the weekend. Allie will cheer for Austin on Sunday. I will try to get some pics of them! I am going to play ball on Saturday! Hopefully with a better attitude! Maybe I will even post some pics of that?! Happy Weekend to all~

BACK TO SCHOOL!!!!

First day of Middle School It was up early this morning (5:00am) Austin has always been really good about getting up on time! Shower and breakfast, brush the teeth and out the door to catch the bus at 6:08...only no bus until 6:50! We sat and sat and sat....finally I called to see where the bus was..."just a little behind schedule" "A LITTLE BEHIND" We had been out there for 55 min. So after waiting yup...the bus came ...and took my little boy! Can you believe it? Did you hear me? THAT BUS TOOK MY BABY!!! The nerve!!! Okay so I knew it was going to happen, he grew up! I just did not think it would happen SOOOooooo fast! Middle School...Eeewwww! I just do not even like the sound of that!
Okay so here she is folks....

PRINCESS Ready for 3rd grade!

The question? Is third grade ready for her?

Allie is my "sleeper" Beauty rest as she would call it! This morning the minute I called "Pooh Bear" she was up! Because we have been so busy we did not have time to paint nails and do the girl-y stuff, well by golly we were doing it this morning! How dare I think she could enter the third grade and not have a Mani-pedi?! Stupid me! Good thing she was so eager to get up on time! So out the door at 8:30 to take her to her first day of third grade! She acted more nervous than Austin...not really sure why...she had no problem telling us at supper last night that she plans on being "homecoming queen" How do you figure? Her reply....and she is 8..."well I am dating the quarterback, and we are both really popular" Not sure who choked first...Mommy, Daddy or BIG Brother? Oh I tell ya, that girl is going to be something someday!

Just wanted to give a Huge
Happy Birthday
to my Dad!
We Love you and miss you tons!
Wish we were there!!

Monday, September 1, 2008

Wednesday afternoon, Johnny, the kids and I took off to the nearest hotel to chill and have some much needed family time! As you can see we had TONS of FUN! Okay let's all be honest here...when is it not tons of fun when you do not have to do anything unless you want to! For about 1 min. okay....1 sec. I almost wanted to clean up our mess, but then Nah! The hotel that we went to is just 1 exit from us. They have a splash harbor in it! The kids love it. We have been there a couple of times and always enjoy ourselves.
After we got back home on Thursday we dropped off our things un-packed to re-pack for the racetrack. Austin had a scrimmage Thursday night, he did GREAT! Took a really bad hit (last play of the game) just knocked the wind out of him! But him came back up ready to play! We were so proud of him! As soon as we got home Johnny and Austin were off with John to Norwalk. They were going up a day before us girls and Cash. To race on Friday. Allie was able to cheer for the High School Varsity boys so we wanted to stay home for that! She did so well! Not that any of us thought that she would not do well! She is not at all shy and loves attention. She looked so darn cute out there! So after the game Al, Cash, Linda and I were off to Norwalk to meet the boys! We had a really good time at the races! It has been yrs since we have been to actually race. We have gone a few times to watch John but not many and not any for Johnny to race. He misses it A LOT! And the big kids do too! Cash liked the vroom vrooms...I miss it and I don't! It is SO much work with kids, it costs a lot of money and I am selfish and would like to do something we can all do and enjoy! But every once in a while it is nice. I think for the most part, it is nice because J and his dad can hang out and be buddies, and I know that means the world to Johnny. So...unfortunately he did not win...but a good time was had by all!!!

In the staging lanes.... Chillin at the playground with the kids, waiting for the race to start!

Oh my gosh only 2 days and the kids will be back in school!!! Gotta get...need to go and soak up as much time with them as I can!!!!

Hope everyone had a nice holiday weekend!!! We sure did!!!

Sunday was our BIG day!
